Welcome to The Qi Reset Letter
One practical recovery protocol every week. No hype.
Opening Note
Welcome to the first issue of The Qi Reset Letter. This newsletter is where we turn QiHackers ideas into one calm, practical weekly protocol for screen workers. No mystical claims, no expensive gadgets, and no productivity theater.
Featured Protocol: The Warm Water Rule
This week's featured protocol is the simplest reset on the site so far. It costs nothing, takes almost no effort, and works best when tied to moments that already exist in your day.
What it is: A timing-based warm water drinking protocol that supports digestion, circulation, and nervous system downregulation.
The key windows:
- Morning: 200-300ml warm water within 15 minutes of waking, before coffee
- Midday: 200-300ml warm water 15-20 minutes after lunch
- Afternoon: 150-200ml around 3 PM to combat the afternoon dip
- Evening: 150ml 30-60 minutes before sleep
Best time to use: The morning window is the most important. Doing this before your first cup of coffee sets a calm baseline for the day.
